1. Kaun yeh terms accept kar raha hai

Yeh Terms of Service ("Terms") PahLaL platform ("PahLaL", "hum", "humara") aur har us shakhs ya business ke darmiyan hain jo platform par account banata hai ya istemaal karta hai ("aap", "user"). Account banane ya platform istemaal karne se aap in Terms ko maante hain.

PahLaL Lahore mein chhoti scale par operate kar raha hai aur abhi ek registered company ke tor par incorporate nahi hua — yeh ek individually operated platform hai. Jab business registration mukammal ho jaye, yahan update kar diya jayega.

2. Platform ka kirdar — hum marketplace hain, party nahi

PahLaL ek marketplace hai jo paper buyers (printing press, packaging factory, carton manufacturer, publisher, stationery distributor) ko paper suppliers (mill, importer, authorized distributor) se jorta hai. PahLaL khud:

  • Paper nahi becha, na khareeda jata hai PahLaL se
  • Kisi bhi transaction ka buyer ya seller nahi banta
  • Product quality, quantity, ya delivery ki guarantee nahi deta

Har transaction directly buyer aur supplier ke darmiyan hoti hai. PahLaL sirf request matching, quotation comparison, order tracking, aur dispute mediation ki sahulat faraham karta hai.

3. Account aur verification

Buyer ya supplier account banane ke liye aap ek valid email istemaal karenge aur apni business details (jaise NTN, STRN, ya license number) sahi aur mukammal denge. Har account ek hi role (buyer, supplier, ya admin) ke sath register ho sakta hai — ek email se ek se zyada role register nahi ho sakta.

Registration ke baad aapka account "pending verification" status mein rehta hai jab tak PahLaL team aapki details verify na kar le. Galat ya jaali information dene par account suspend ya terminate kiya ja sakta hai.

4. RFQs, quotations, aur orders

Buyer ek Request for Quotation (RFQ) post kar sakta hai product specifications, quantity, aur delivery city ke sath. Matched suppliers quote submit kar sakte hain. Buyer kisi bhi quote ko accept kar sakta hai, jisse ek order generate hota hai.

Quote accept karne se buyer aur supplier ke darmiyan ek binding commercial agreement banta hai — PahLaL is agreement ka hissa nahi, sirf record rakhta hai.

5. Group-buy deals

Suppliers ya buyers tiered pricing ke sath group-buy deals post kar sakte hain, jahan multiple buyers collectively commit karke behtar price unlock karte hain. Deal mein commit karna sirf ek intent hai — koi payment commitment ke waqt nahi li jati.

Agar deal target quantity tak deadline ke andar na pohanche, deadline automatically extend ho sakti hai (maximum do dafa). Agar phir bhi target na poora ho, deal expire ho jati hai aur koi order nahi banta.

Jab deal lock ho jati hai, har participant ko unki committed quantity ke against ek separate order aur payment request milta hai.

6. Payment — direct transfer, escrow nahi

PahLaL is waqt koi payment gateway ya escrow service operate nahi karta. Order confirm hone ke baad, payment direct buyer se supplier ke bank account mein transfer hoti hai. PahLaL kisi bhi waqt buyer ka paisa apne paas nahi rakhta.

Buyer apna transaction reference platform par submit karta hai taake order ka status update ho sake. PahLaL is transfer ki authenticity verify karne ki koshish karta hai lekin iski guarantee nahi deta ke payment successfully process hogi — yeh dono parties ki responsibility hai apne bank ke sath confirm karna.

7. Platform commission

Har confirmed order par PahLaL supplier se ek platform commission charge karta hai (rate platform par display hota hai, abhi 2%). Yeh commission supplier se separately invoice hoti hai — buyer ke payment se directly nahi katti.

8. Disputes

Agar kisi order mein masla ho (quantity shortfall, quality issue, late delivery, ya payment na milna), buyer ya supplier platform par dispute raise kar sakte hain. PahLaL evidence review kar ke ek resolution recommend karta hai, lekin kyunki payment direct hoti hai, PahLaL khud refund force nahi kar sakta — sirf mediation aur recommendation faraham karta hai.

Baar baar disputes ya verified complaints ke nateeje mein koi bhi account suspend ya permanently remove kiya ja sakta hai.

9. Zimmedari ki had (Limitation of liability)

PahLaL "as is" faraham kiya jata hai. Hum kisi bhi product ki quality, accuracy of listings, ya kisi party ke commitments ko fulfil karne ki guarantee nahi dete. PahLaL kisi bhi indirect, incidental, ya consequential loss ke liye zimmedar nahi hoga jo platform ke istemaal se piada ho.

10. Tabdeeliyan in Terms mein

Yeh Terms waqtan faqtan update ho sakti hain. Material changes ki surat mein platform par notice diya jayega. Platform ka istemaal jaari rakhna naye Terms ki acceptance samjha jayega.

11. Raabta

In Terms ke baare mein kisi bhi sawal ke liye, platform par diye gaye admin contact channels ke zariye raabta karein.
